Move from ZCC logs to the next action faster.

ZCC Log Explorer turns Zscaler Client Connector support bundles and individual logs into a guided troubleshooting view for new customers and experienced engineers.

One local troubleshooting workspace

The evidence you need, with less tool switching.

Upload a complete support ZIP when the cause is unknown, or start with an individual tunnel log for the fastest first pass in most connection investigations.

01

Guided log analysis

Surfaces known Zscaler error codes, tunnel setup and connection failures, warnings, and the matching raw records behind each finding.

02

Colorized evidence

Read tunnel logs and PAC files in a clear, colorized viewer on the same page, without bouncing between the analyzer and a separate text editor.

03

Network context

Connect IP addresses to available hostnames, DNS activity, endpoints, and providers so the destination behind a failure is easier to understand.

04

Packet capture insight

Highlights DNS failures, TCP resets, and suspicious streams, then provides useful Wireshark display filters when deeper packet validation is needed.

Start simple. Go deeper when needed.

A useful answer for every experience level.

ZCC Log Explorer leads with the conclusion, explains why it matters, and keeps the supporting evidence one step away.

Novice mode

Tell me what failed and what to try.

  • Plain-language findings
  • Prioritized known errors
  • Clear next steps
  • Easy warning and error filters
Pro mode

Show me the underlying technical signals.

  • Matching log records
  • Destination and hostname detail
  • Packet-capture signals and filters
  • Deeper component analysis

Local by design

Your diagnostics stay on your workstation.

The interface runs at http://127.0.0.1 and analyzes files locally. It does not require uploading a customer support bundle to a hosted analysis service.

Important: use http://, not https://, when opening the local application.

Optional enrichment

Add MaxMind GeoLite databases.

Upload your own GeoLite database files to enrich IP addresses with available ASN, provider, and geographic context. The databases are not bundled with the project.

These results are useful investigative hints, not proof of ownership or physical location.
