## Qualification is where the deployment becomes a plan instead of a hope

This page gives partners a simple way to decide whether the customer is ready for the default SecureDynamics motion and what needs to be resolved before kickoff.

### Confirm scope

Validate licensed products, user count, environments, private application expectations, traffic forwarding, and out-of-scope assumptions.

Identify who owns tenant activation, admin access, identity provider setup, SCIM, change windows, and customer approvals.

### Confirm success criteria

Define what the customer, partner, and ZTSM will treat as a successful launch, pilot, rollout, closeout, and first-year adoption path.
