Enterprise procurement, made workable

The Zscaler expertise you want. Through a contracting path you already trust.

SecureDynamics can deliver as the named Zscaler specialist while an approved prime partner, services-procurement program, or cloud marketplace provides the commercial path. Your controls stay in place. The work gets moving.

The practical answer

Do not start with a new vendor record. Start with an approved route.

Large organizations often have the budget and the technical need before a new supplier can complete direct onboarding. That does not have to stop the engagement. Procurement can place the work under a current services agreement and name SecureDynamics as the specialist subcontractor.

The prime partner handles the customer-facing contract and invoice. SecureDynamics provides the Zscaler scope, delivery team, documentation, and accountability behind the work.

Zscaler-recognized capability

Not a generic subcontractor. A Zscaler-authorized operating partner.

SecureDynamics brings a rare combination of Zscaler program credentials across the full customer lifecycle. We are positioned as Zscaler's only North America partner with all three key authorizations in one operating model: Delivery Services, Managed Services, and Education.

For procurement and vendor-risk teams, that means the requested specialist has already been evaluated by Zscaler for the work it is being asked to perform. Customers are not selecting an untested staffing company. They are selecting an authorized Zscaler partner built to scope, deliver, operate, and educate.

Working with Zscaler's Top 100 accounts

Teaching the engineers who run Zscaler. Delivering the outcomes Zscaler puts on stage.

SecureDynamics works directly with Zscaler Top 100 accounts today, primarily through official Zscaler education and technical enablement. Our senior team has spent years delivering, operationalizing, supporting, and teaching Zscaler in large, complex multinational environments, helping those customers earn top recognition across Zscaler for deployment success.

Choose the contracting path

Three routes. Start with the first one your organization already supports.

SecureDynamics will help your sponsor and procurement team validate the route before anyone spends time on paperwork.

Route 2For managed services procurement

Use your SOW or external-services program

If your organization buys project services through a managed service provider or vendor-management system, nominate SecureDynamics through that established program.

Ask internally

“Who manages statement-of-work services in our VMS, and how do we engage a named specialist through an approved supplier?”

  • Fits established SOW, milestone, and approval workflows
  • Supports worker onboarding and access controls where required
  • Preserves procurement reporting and invoice governance
Route 3Strategic path

Use an approved cloud marketplace

Where policy allows, a private offer can provide a familiar buying and billing path for eligible software-related professional services.

Ask internally

“Can this Zscaler-related services scope be purchased through our approved AWS Marketplace process?”

  • Uses a recognized marketplace transaction and billing path
  • Supports negotiated private-offer terms
  • May help retire eligible AWS spend commitments, subject to the customer agreement
  • Does not require moving the customer environment to AWS
See the AWS Marketplace procurement guide →

Choose the commercial prime carefully

The best contracting partner is the one that keeps the path simple.

Do not default to the largest integrator or assume the prime must advertise Zscaler services. The prime's role is commercial enablement. SecureDynamics is the named technical delivery party.

Good fit

A responsive approved supplier

  • Has an active MSA or supplier record for IT services
  • Can confirm the subcontracting route promptly
  • Accepts SecureDynamics as the required named specialist
  • Uses a transparent administrative margin
  • Lets the SOW define outcomes, milestones, and acceptance
  • Keeps legal and commercial questions moving

Choose another route

A supplier that tries to take over the work

  • Proposes replacing SecureDynamics with its own resources
  • Treats the request as staff augmentation or résumé placement
  • Reopens an already-defined technical outcome
  • Introduces repeated pauses without a clear decision owner
  • Cannot explain its subcontracting or legal timeline
  • Optimizes for billable duration instead of customer results

Why AWS Marketplace matters

More than another invoice path

For the right enterprise buyer, Marketplace can align procurement speed with an existing AWS commercial strategy.

01

Familiar supplier relationship

The buyer uses its AWS account, Marketplace permissions, purchase-order controls, and established billing workflow.

02

Negotiated private offer

SecureDynamics and the customer agree on scope, price, term, payment schedule, SOW, and legal documents before the offer is accepted.

03

Potential commitment value

Eligible Marketplace purchases may apply toward AWS committed-spend obligations. Eligibility depends on the buyer's AWS agreement and the specific offer.

04

Possible AWS-funded incentive

Some qualifying private offers may be eligible for AWS promotional-credit programs. Participation and approval are specific, not automatic.

Internal playbook

What your sponsor and procurement team do next

Share this sequence internally. In most organizations, the first three steps identify whether the engagement can move under an existing agreement.

  1. 1

    Name the business outcome

Identify the Zscaler work, executive sponsor, target date, budget owner, and why SecureDynamics is the requested specialist.

  2. 2

Ask procurement for the approved route

Find the current MSA, SOW program, or marketplace process that can cover specialist implementation, managed services, support, or education.

  3. 3

    Nominate the lowest-friction commercial prime

Search the active IT supplier list and select the most responsive approved firm willing to engage SecureDynamics as the required named subcontractor. The prime does not need Zscaler delivery capability. The customer should make the introduction and state that technical substitution is not part of the request.

  4. 4

    Run one three-party scoping call

The customer, prime, and SecureDynamics align on outcomes, responsibilities, security requirements, milestones, acceptance, and commercial timing.

  5. 5

    Turn scope into matching agreements

The prime issues the customer SOW or order under its existing agreement. SecureDynamics signs the corresponding subcontract with the prime. Required terms and controls flow down.

  6. 6

    Approve access, then begin

Kickoff starts after the required customer approvals, purchase order, subcontract, worker or system access, and security steps are complete.

1business day

Our commercial response commitment

Paperwork will not sit with SecureDynamics.

Once we receive complete scope inputs or customer redlines, SecureDynamics returns a complete first SOW draft, subcontract response, or consolidated commercial and legal review within one business day. We can work from our paper, the prime partner's paper, or the customer's required template.

New SOWComplete first draft with scope, assumptions, milestones, acceptance, pricing, and change control
Contract or subcontractConsolidated business and legal response, with exceptions identified clearly for resolution
Vendor assuranceAvailable evidence returned promptly, with any genuine gap identified instead of left unanswered

A model every party can support

Clear roles. Clear economics. No channel surprise.

Customer

Controls the engagement

Selects the prime, approves the specialist, signs the SOW, authorizes access, and accepts the work.

Prime partner

Owns the commercial path

Uses its customer agreement, issues the SOW and invoice, coordinates commercial administration, and earns an agreed margin.

SecureDynamics

Owns the Zscaler scope

Provides the named team, detailed scope, authorized delivery capability, project evidence, and technical accountability.

A simple note to start the internal conversation

Replace the bracketed fields and send this to procurement or vendor management.

We want to engage SecureDynamics as the required named specialist for our Zscaler [implementation / managed services / education] outcome. To avoid waiting for a new direct supplier agreement, please identify the most responsive active IT services supplier, SOW provider, or marketplace route that can contract with us and engage SecureDynamics for the defined delivery scope.

The commercial prime is not being asked to supply or substitute technical resources. SecureDynamics will own the Zscaler outcome. The requested result is [outcome], the target start date is [date], and the executive sponsor is [name]. SecureDynamics can provide a ready-to-review scope, pricing, insurance and compliance materials, and join a three-party call with the approved prime.

Common questions

What procurement usually wants to know

Which Top 100 accounts does SecureDynamics work with?

We do not publish customer names or imply a reference relationship without authorization. During an appropriate procurement or diligence process, SecureDynamics can substantiate its current Top 100 training role and explain the relevant senior-team deployment, operations, support, and education experience while respecting customer confidentiality.

Does the commercial prime need to be a Zscaler partner?

No. The prime needs an active customer agreement, permission to subcontract, and the ability to process the SOW and invoice. SecureDynamics supplies the Zscaler authorization, technical team, delivery method, and outcome accountability. Choosing a prime because it also sells Zscaler can create unnecessary channel conflict if it tries to substitute its own resources.

Should procurement begin with its largest global integrator?

Not automatically. Ask for the complete list of active IT services suppliers that can prime a subcontracted SOW. A smaller, responsive supplier already under MSA is often the cleaner commercial route. Select for speed, willingness to subcontract, transparent economics, and respect for the named delivery specialist, not company size.

How is this different from staff augmentation?

SecureDynamics does not sell an open-ended seat or ask the customer to manage borrowed personnel. The SOW defines the outcome, deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, governance, and price. SecureDynamics organizes the expertise required to achieve that outcome and is accountable for the result. The model rewards value and completion, not keeping a time-and-materials meter running.

Why should procurement approve SecureDynamics as the named specialist?

Because SecureDynamics is not being introduced as generic staff augmentation. We are positioned as Zscaler's only North America partner combining Delivery Services, Managed Services, and Education authorizations in one operating model. The customer can preserve its approved commercial route while naming the Zscaler-authorized company responsible for the technical work.

What exactly is the one-business-day commitment?

After receiving complete scope inputs or redlines, SecureDynamics returns a complete first SOW draft, subcontract response, or consolidated commercial and legal review within one business day. Final review and approval time controlled by the customer, prime, counsel, marketplace, or another third party is not part of that response commitment.

Can SecureDynamics use our SOW, MSA, or subcontract template?

Yes. We can work from SecureDynamics paper or review the customer or prime partner's required template. We identify the business and legal exceptions clearly so the parties can resolve actual issues without restarting the document.

What vendor-assurance material is available?

SecureDynamics can provide relevant insurance, security, privacy, and compliance information for the approved route and respond to additional due-diligence questions. See the Enterprise Compliance FAQ for a procurement-oriented starting point.

Does this avoid our vendor-risk process?

No. It changes the contracting route. Your organization still decides which controls apply, and required security, privacy, insurance, access, and conduct obligations can flow through the prime agreement and subcontract.

Who is accountable for delivery?

The customer-facing SOW should name responsibilities clearly. The prime owns its contract with the customer. SecureDynamics owns the defined Zscaler work under the matching subcontract and participates directly in delivery governance.

What if the proposed prime tries to replace SecureDynamics?

Use another approved commercial route. The customer should state in the sourcing request and SOW that SecureDynamics is the required named specialist and that substitution requires the customer's prior written approval. The prime and technical delivery company are intentionally different roles in this model.

What if our approved partner will not subcontract?

Ask procurement for another active services supplier, the managed SOW provider, or an approved marketplace route. If none applies, SecureDynamics can begin direct onboarding in parallel, but that is usually the longer path.

Can we start before the paperwork is complete?

No. Scoping can move quickly, but delivery begins only after the required agreements, approvals, access, and purchase authorization are in place.

Bring us the constraint

We will help map the cleanest approved route.

Tell us the customer, desired Zscaler outcome, target date, and any approved services partners or marketplace paths already in place. We will return a practical route and, once the inputs are complete, a reviewable SOW within one business day.

Contracting routes are subject to customer policy, prime-partner agreement, marketplace eligibility, applicable law, and final commercial and legal approval. SecureDynamics does not begin delivery until required approvals and agreements are complete.
